Better than most novel here in webnovel but by i eat tomatoes standard its not that good. just couldn't connect with the character that much mostly because he never faces real life do or die atleast in the first 500 chapters. it is combination of many of his past novels but not as interesting characters or plots.

Why is the explanation more than the plot. you have half a chapter of plot and interaction and the next one and half chapter of author just explaining things. just move on with the plot. there is no need to explain everything as we all already know of the things you explain. just keep it to one or two paragraphs.

Even though it is was repeated plot that was okay but when all that is focused on is the main character killing and taking revenge. Half of the first 50 chapters is all about killing the cliche revenge son to father villain. Its not interesting to only read about that.

Too much information dumping in the first few chapters. Reading chapters in the start where the author dumps all the information about the world instead of progressing with the story and slowly releasing it. makes one loose interest.
