The mouth watering and saliva running was a bit too much. It makes him seem insane/psychotic, unless that was what you were going for with his character. Something better would be”his heart raced with excitement, a smile stretched across his face”.

At first I liked the novel, although I found the BT part of the story starting to get annoying past the first 20 something chapters. As I go into later chapters I just couldn’t bring myself to continue reading.

It may have had a slower start than is usual for a webnovel, but as I read I loved it more and more. One way I determine if a webnovel is great is if it make me feel attached or emotional towards the characters. When I got to the parts about Helen I felt like crying. If this novel can keep up this is going to one of my favorites.
