Well, besides the fact that the verbal tenses are wrong, there are commas missing and some random capital letters. In personal opinion i recommend you to read other fics (preferable of MHA, that would help you more), im learning english and im not capacitated to make advises, one thing its finding something wrong and another completely different its fixing it.

dude the writing was bad, it was reading a resume and not a story. but truth be told,at least its a good concept, i almost never see someone using the concept of discrimination against mutant quirks (there are some out there but not to many).

ironically, i think the author its not completely wrong about the support item (but maybe to far stretched and a little more of justification was needed), for example, there was a guy of 1-A that needed sugar to activate his quirk and im sure they would let him carry his support item to have sugar at hand, it would be just to unfair even for UA standarts.
