Newer to the series, I just happened across it while looking for something to read while I waited for the new Serenity System chapter. What started as a casual curiosity eventually developed into an appreciation of the story. Sure it has some rough spots, many fanfics do, for many it's just a hobby sharing the joy we find in a given universe, it doesn't have to be on the level of a multiple award winning novel. I like the character development of Yuu and Lumine, the deep dives into how those characters would feel, their insecurities and how they work to grow from their trauma has the potential to bring light to people who struggle with their mental health. I am glad you are doing better, but if you are still recovering, please take it slow. don't overexert yourself you have many loyal readers here from what I've seen. I am excited to see where you take this story in the future.

Best Genshin Fanfic I've found so far, characters are relatable, their thought processes are understandable. the MC, despite their new body is not overpowered. the characters become self aware that they rushed into a romance, and are working through their problems. The author has been going through some health issues according to the last comment I've seen. I hope that they are doing well. Definaitely worth a read.

please keep in mind that this is an alternate version of Earth, so the dates of when certain things took place could be shifted around. I just wanted to have Carman have knowledge of some slightly more advanced tech than we currently have here, such as Graphine and Goldine production and how they can be used in tech. it also means that mobile phones in that universe might actually be able to run the game without lag. lol. (I am a mobile user, and have suffered lag across multiple phones)

Sorry, I'm going to need context, I've unfortunately not been keeping up with HSR so I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing. Genshin is such a grind, I don't dislike HSR heck, I excited to try it when it was first released, but Genshin takes up too much time to have any left for other games, and my work takes a lot of time and energy.

ah, no worries. if the infrequency of the author's posts doesn't put you off, i recommend it. the story is fairly interesting

Yo, Unusual_ are you doing alright? You posted a few chapters in much quicker succession than normal then dropped off the face of the earth. Everything ok, it's fine if you're not, I'm sure everyone would understand if you're having a hard time. heck that's likely why most of us are here, to find someone to lighten the load after a long day. Please post an update or something.

Yeah unfortunately it seems like any time I find a good one, the author drops it a few chapters after I start or hasn't posted in months and I didn't notice. Been waiting on Unusual_ to post the chapter of their Serenity System FanFic for a while. I also unexpectedly got hooked in the story of Genshin Impact: Ultimate System, which starts off very generic but develops well after the MC gets sent into, the author's version of, Teyvat's past.

Nice chapter. I've been enjoying the story so far, keep it up.

no worries about that, the only way I'm dropping this is if I lose access to technology because of an emp or virus, or if literally dropped dead. Writing this has become more of an activity to destress after a long day at work.
