My apologies. I miscalculated her age. She's 14 in Blank Period so she's probably seven (as she's five years younger than Naruto and Shikamaru who were around 12 in Part 1)

Ah, she's not from Boruto. She appeared in Shippūden episode 489. It's the start of the post war arc, named "Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud drifting in Silent Darkness" which covers episode 489 to 493. She's a significant supporting character there.

Thanks for the great chapter! Btw @devilhex, will you add Chakra Needle in the future? It's an offensive, supplementary class ninjutsu created by Hinoko. The trajectory of those chakra needles are controllable and they can paralyze, revitalize or kill the target. A really underated and versatile jutsu. Also, unlike Rasengan, Fujin could use it openly as its creator, Hinoko herself hasn't born yet. Or he could give the jutsu to Phantom Haven Society.
