Everything about this novel except the updates are very good. The writing quality is excellent with little to no mistakes. The action and pace is well described and accurate, the character interacts don’t feel forced or out of character. 4/5 only issue is the updates.

Kill both. Neither are necessary for Naruto’s growth. The Uchiha see him as the tool that was used to force them out of village confines rather then a human. Danzo is also good for keeping the training in check (he might pester 3rd for him to be in ROOT)

Only actual “Kage” characters in Konoha right now is Minato, and Sarutobi. Jiraya, Tsunade are at best high S rank shinobi. You can argue that Orochimaru is Kage level but his greatest feat is defeating a 70+ year old Sarutobi. And that’s like 10-15 years from now
