    After the reason why Maximilian broke up with Ezra was revealed, I did feel bad for them but I did not really care too much about their past relationship. But somehow, this chapter made me feel very odd and slightly bitter and sad about what they could have been now if it weren't for the world or fate or whatever because they felt so real in that memory. Like, it felt like they really do exist somewhere out there... Maybe I am just being emotional though 🥲
