Honestly I don't understand the point of having civilians who don't know law(jury) to make decisions as they could be easily influenced by their emotions and led by a good speaker but again here judge has played a role to avoid such influence on jury 😔 But personally i believe it's more efficient ti have only judge make decision and rather have different level courts so if petitioner is not satisfied with verdict, they can apply at higher level. Personally decision maker should be neutral person with knowledge of law and open to various possibilities unlike jury here 😅
If the prosecution submits all this as evidence, it could likely influence the jury's judgment.
