Actual Adamantium was just an alloy made of hafnium, tantalum, inconel, and carbon. The alloy was discovered in the sixties after trying to recreate proto-adamantium without vibranium, and once all the ingredients have been combined and treated correctly, they will set as a metal that won't melt unless it experiences sustained temperatures of around 8000 degrees Celsius and has a tensile and compressive strength higher than gold-titanium. As for how we would do this as efficiently as possible, I was twofold. First, I would use my knowledge to pinch researchers from around the world like Helen Cho and into S.P., and when I got Jarvis to anonymously leak dirt we had on Hammer, AIM, Life Institute, and other companies, we would pinch all their good scientists. Agents of sheild is no longer canon, though i will incorporate a few characters and concepts from the show.
The satellite was rather rudimentary in design; it had several thrusters, an arc reactor, a transmitter-receiver array, and finally, a larger tachyon emitter. I knew it was a shot in the dark, but if I could get my hands on the remains of Marvel's research ship, it would leapfrog my technological limits forward by centuries. Though my hopes were low, The goal of the satellite was to slowly cover orbits with tachyons, and if receivers on the ground picked up tachyon emission from something reflecting it back, then I could start to pinpoint its orbit. Across NATO, training is pretty uniform. Once our MC has more resources then yes, but for now, its more just these guys all speak english and are trained on the same weapons.
Stark Security, on the other hand, was intended to act as a physical and cyber defence for all of our other subsidiaries. Our main cyber defence was going to be on Friday, and I intended to hire soldiers from the US and NATO countries to act as physical security. I just laid my head back on the car seat as the car continued to glide down the roads of L.A. We entered the Burger King, and I ended up eating several whoppers. I knew I could go into shock since my stomach had been starved, but I couldn't care less.
