Iāve reread this chapter so many times and each time I tear up at this part. Fantastic job Queenie. To think the story started with his transmigration but we learned so much about his family and his closeness to them throughout the story. I canāt imagine just how much they must miss him too. š„¹š¢

If I may answer this question, it's yes and no. Yes, everyone has 3 souls, but since all 3 souls belong to one person, it should go to one body as well. From what I understood theyāre supposed to be packaged together and belong to one person and body after going through the reincarnation wheel. But for YZY, the seal around the packaged souls got ripped and so his souls got separated and went to different places and bodies. This was an accident that happened to YZY. That's why we have this situation where he is one person but he had 3 different bodies and so 3 lives. So rather than everyone having fragments of their souls existing in another part of the world(s) unknowingly, itās more like everyone has 3 souls bundled together as one. So our boy Lui Yao got lucky...this situation of Ziyu 'coming back' only exists because his souls were fragmented from the start when it should have been together. Please correct me if I'm wrong author..!
