Not generic but the mc development is kinda bad. He kinda became the villian for no reason. And mc swordsmanship isn't really trained(focused on 100%) until he becomes the villian.

I read this during christmas and it was trash. At the start the academy part is too long plus the mc development takes 100s of chapters.I expected the mc to be so strong in swordmanship that he didn't need to use mana to kill mages but what did i read? Mc(Shang) is using mana to fight.In the later chapters he actually uses magic spells. Does that make sense? No The mc kills for no reason and he is totally not sane The tag R18 is totally mistaken i read the entire novel and didn't find any r18.
