I'm going to guess it's the same thing as the Flame Fruit and the Magma Fruit. two fruits kind of controlling the same force but one is just a superior version of the other one

god valley is not affiliated with the world government or the world Noble's they are just a kingdom full of natural resources and if I remember correctly it's in the west blue and the World Noble's used it for disgusting means in the manga
