Well if you read chinese novels you'd probably think that in their minds everything chinese is at NUMBAAA ONEEE. But what I always wondered is why Chinese authors always make china be 1000x better than any other country and also make the mc only friendly to chinese people. I mean in Japanese and south korean novels they make their country most of the time the best but only by a slight margin and even then they still make their mc help other countries. But in chinese stories if you ain't chinese you getting slaughtered by the mc.

He always talks about his pride as the person aiming to become the god of cooking but if the system doesn't help him he doesn't even care about his pride and how can you become a god of anything if all your pride depends on someone else.What's also disappointing is the almost non existent world building, right now where i am there are only 3 regions of 2 we know almost nothing about. So to cut it short: arrogant mc fully depending on system with lackluster world building. But I'd still recommend you to at least read the free chapters.

Author I really enjoy this webnovel so please don't turn the mc into a guy who will flip the world upside down just with the excuse of the ⅓ of his soul being perverted. Him being kinder to women isn't a problem but I have seen many webnovels where it turned from being nicer to women to doing anything in the world for random women.
