There is a mild 'actions have consequences' arc for Lize in the extra chapters, which aren't translated here. U can read my comment below to find more I'm too lazy to type it again

While I love this main story ending as well, I find more closure in the ending with the extra chapters after this. I think I remember reading the chapters up to 156. There is also a bit of plot in the extra chapters and you will find a mild punishment sort of arc for Lize and a sort of apology from Cliff. Ohh also they have two kids. It's all cute so I find that a better ending
