I have said this for years but it's the first time I've ever seen it in writing.
actually after reading, I think this is the better sequence. step 3 as step one, locking the opponent in place and removing all defence, step 2, myriad sword cuts bleeding the opponent out, step one as step 3, finishing move a single massive sword strike that can split mountains.
Of course he'll go with the one that only improves his existing technique rather than the one that is already an improvement of his existing technique.
