I'll take it into consideration, I have a plan for Mystogan and am not sure if I just want him to disappear as King of Edolas. I want him to stay in Earthland.
Finally, it's not really a rule, I'm not 100% certain he will join a guild but if he does it's either he would start his own or join Fairy Tail. If he does join Fairy Tail I see him like a Mystogan Character. Not that he will hide his identity but just be more of a quiet loner and drifter. no legendary would have to be at least as strong as a paladin in terms of power or as popular as yami and mereleona. Some legendary templates I'll tell you are Noelle, Asta, Yuno, Lucius, Mereleona, Motsuga, Julius, Ryuya, Yami, ...etc.

No he just won't be attracted to people like Lucy or Erza. It'll be different for people like Brandish, Ultear, Cana, Kagura, etc.
