It was off-putting for me that the MC chose a dragon, but decided to give it a go anyway. I've read it till this chapter and it still bothers me. The choices were: Human - common grade, to be expected. Dragon - somehow this cliche lizard of a creature sounds even more boring than a human. Demon - uncommon grade, but you know that it's still nothing more special than a human beside some sparkles here and there. Fox - just plain out weird. Maybe the problem is cuz I'm reading it all in the same day, I'll give it another go tomorrow and then decide whether to abandon it or not. (lol sounds as if I'm an author abandoning his project, while in reality am just yet another reader)
