my predictions for the 7 weaves: Sleeper - Blood - found FS bc of bird Awakened - Bone - Underworld Master- Soul - tomb oblivion Saint - Mind? - imagination All weaves have enhanced 2 things: body & senses. 4 possible others: Heart (reinforces organs and gives ability to sense emotions of others?) Fate (reinforces him so he can touch / witness fate w/o taking tons of dmg) Dream (ability to enter/manipulate dreams and even actual Spell Nightmares) Shadow (not left by Weaver but made by Sunny to complete the collection. possibly by extracting Shadow's Ichor from Blood Weave and manipulating it to be compatible so it isnt consumed again)
This is the first time he's been called Sunny since becoming fateless... as far as we know. 😭 Aiko and Rain are closest, but Aiko calls him "boss" and Rain calls him "teacher"
She can't see his future... or him for that matter. He is invisible to her fate senses, so she can only feel his presence with her human senses. Possibly smell since she didn't see or hear him? (we do know she has super smell senses because she has noticed Sunny by his smell before)
Maybe it'll be part of the flashback when Cassie reads his memories. He said he would pick which one, and killing the tree might give her a clue that he was with them even back when they ran into the tree. As long as he doesn't confirm that he was there, she can have the suspicion w/o forgetting
Contains Mind Weave?! All of the others have been in places that belonged to other Daemons. (except blood) Blood - Sleeper- Bird nest (Weaver had no domain of his own, but FS had both blood and mask) Bone - Awakened - Underworld lair (bone theme) Soul - Master - Tomb of Ariel (River affects souls, so soul theme? -bit of a stretch, I know) ? Mind ? - Saint - Daemon of Imagination (Mind theme)
It's cold but tastes good because of the tiny new warmth in his heart...
No she won't get to see his memories until she pays him the favor. That's why he said she had to wait until the full moon
I envision it like this: Imagine a tapestry depicting all the members of the cohort stretched horizontally. Tear a hole in the tapestry where Sunny should be. Now imagine their thoughts as a marble, exploring the tapestry (which represents their memories), but their thoughts never go near the hole. If they do go near it (i.e. trying to remember past Sunny), the marble falls thru and they lose both the train of thought and the memory of even going near the gap in the tapestry.
I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN! I was theorizing 1 of 3 things: 1) Cassie never forgot and was just being a jerk leaving him alone for 4 yrs (unlikely) 2) She knew he would be forgotten (jerk move not warning him b4 he left) and left clues for her self (sort of actually happened w that message 3) She is the first to start piecing together the puzzle of what is missing, since all of them would be feeling that something was absent, even if they had no clue what. My 2&3 were both true! G3 is awesome!
*Thoughts, not words right? He didn't say that out loud...
I had the same head cannon but cookies anyway
For those who are having Luster-like thoughts, no this is not a dirty joke. Luster got an actual lucky charm memory a long time ago during the start of this arc
And this is also where the foreshadowed volcano to drown in is 😂
Sunny to Mordret:
It seems this is how they hid their Clan War from the general population... They lied saying they went off to fight Skinwalker
Third cliff confirmed. Here I hang, two arms and a leg, all on different cliffs.
It just doesn't work the way it's supposed to. My understanding is that the magical energy messes with the electric flow, so things that were built on the "rules" that normally govern electricity don't work the way they should. It's like something constant and reliable is suddenly turning chaotic and different. If they can learn the new rules with magic involved, they can make new tech that works
Does Luster get the Rhino's kills?
That freaky 😅
This horror show, but in reverse. Good thing no one around to see it cause they'd be traumatized for life! (This scene in the movie did in fact cause childhood trauma for me...)
