Tears ran rapidly down my cheeks. My legs shook, my fingers twitched, I was beyond the point of remembering any coping skills. In my life, or, well, in my old life, the only way I'd ever get out of it when I was this far gone was by talking to my dad. That was a big reason why I fell so far down, and why I never climbed back out when I did. When he died, my vice, my crutch, passed away with him. There was no helping me now. these description are so disgusting but so good! I hate them and love them lol
I quickly covered my ears as a horrifying screech rang out from over my head. As I looked to the treetops, I saw hundreds of strange looking bugs swarming overhead. They were unlike anything I'd ever seen, my skin was crawling just from the sight of them. They weren't all that big, each one was only a few inches long. They had wings like hummingbirds, flapping faster than I could see. Humanlike faces, each one unique, with eyes rolled up into their skulls. Sharp talons stuck out from beneath their chins, making their already twisted appearance even more vile. They seemed to be fighting each other as they continued to screech, some biting, some clawing.
