Dude i also think hiruzen was OP but not more than hashirama and tobirama Hashi presence alone stopped all villiages to fight, hiruzen cant top that 2nd clearly hashi and tobi was not at peak level in naruto In shipuden 1 finger from tobirama was enough to scare orochimaru And when marada was reincarnated by kabuto he was not able to control him and in the end madara cut the connection with kabuto Surely tobirama who created the jutsu can do that too I get it it was early naruto and kishimoto didn't knew what he was doing But as i said earlier madara easily ended kabuto influence when in edo tensei tobirama can do too.
