I tried it twice .. and it still doesnt work unfortunately. Do you have any other ideas perhaps?

Hi, I have purchased the privileged chapters (20 chapters) and am getting another notification that I have to purchase them again. If I do so it seems to me I am paying twice. Can I really not continue reading? :(
