you are right, but the author also mentioned there are a lot of low tier dungeons the guilds dont care about and ppl that swarm them are dieing, maybe thats what the author meant? bad wording i think though

So many people complaining mc is hiding his powers. Uhh thats the point, if he was an S class he would get unwanted attention. If he ranked any higher than average his character at this point in the story, without further reasoning, would be inconsistent
