I think all sorcerers can do this to some extent. In Shibuya they can tell Yuta is coming due to feeling his cursed energy in advance

As it turned out, I had no reason to be concerned about failing to get the bloodline or somehow failing for it to get into my body. The drop of blood seemed to want to get into my bloodstream, and it was actively trying to do so. Getting the drop of blood into the cut on my palm was all I needed to do to gain the bloodline. Surprisingly there was no burning pain or anything as I assimilated the bloodline into my body.
