literally E rank in any stat in fate (the lowest stat) is 10 times that of a peak human so basically he would be able to lift around 2 to ten cars depending on their weight with just E rank strength this number multiply by ten every letter increase. I don't think people with animal traits are doing something like that unless their insect hybrids or something but the author later clarifies he's not using fate stats so this comment is basically irrelevant :/
