I think it's at least 40 minutes of brisk walking. Remember in the beginning chapters, Klein was charged 4 pence for 4 kilometers. So Melissa's school should be at least 3 kilometers if not 4.

Melissa said with a frown, "Why should I take a public carriage. It costs four pence to get to school. A return trip means eight pence. Counting Benson and you, we will be spending twenty-four pence on transportation daily. That's a whole two soli! In a week, yes, without counting Sunday, that's still twelve soli. It's almost equal to our rent."

Ah yes, fake it till you make it.

Divination Club… Klein silently repeated the name and recalled that he had to 'act' as a Seer.

Is this the LOTM way of saying 'Do not try this at home?'

"4, 5, 6, 7. Perfect." Old Neil chuckled and looked at the potion formula on the goatskin. "3 drops of poison hemlock. This isn't something you should drink randomly. It can cause your entire body to numb to the point of death. In ancient times, it proved to be the best option for committing suicide."

He also ate the bread used for the luck enhancement ritual. Doesn't that count as eating a potion and wouldn't eating another make him go insane or lose control or corrupt?

Man, it's quite frightening when you come to think of it…

The house so big, they can literally open it up as an inn or something.

Klein, who was already in proper attire, was sitting on a chair and flipping through the outdated newspapers he brought back from yesterday. He said in surprise, "There's a house for rent here: North Borough's 3 Wendel Street, a detached house with two floors. There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two big balconies upstairs. Downstairs, there's a dining hall, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two guest rooms, as well as an underground cellar… In front of the house are two acres of private land and there's a small garden behind. It can be rented for one, two, or three years, with a weekly rent of one pound six soli. Those interested can head to Champagne Street and look for Mr. Gusev."

That makes sense. I always wondered how something forbidden like that appeared in the hands of a History Undergrad student with an upper-middle-class family.

Dunn nodded and said, "An ancient organization known as the Secret Order. They were established in the Fourth Epoch and are related to the Solomon Empire and a number of fallen aristocrats of that period. Heh, the Antigonus family's diary came from them. Due to a member's negligence, it entered the antique market and was obtained by Welch. They had no choice but to send people in search of it."

This makes sense, Roselle said all his subordinates and/or ministers were idiots.

Benson lifted the corners of his lips and said in all seriousness, "You should understand that to institute a reasonable and simple coin system, one needs to know how to count and grasp the decimal system. Unfortunately, there are too few talents among those important figures."<

Someone named Roselle Gustav writing in Chinese, a very rare situation. Unless he was also originally from China and was simply transmigrated into the body of someone named Roselle Gustav.

    And it's f**king Simplified Chinese!

So Zhou Zhou's church assassinated Zhou Mingrui's transmigration senior.

Unfortunately, he was betrayed in his old age. In the year 1198 of the Fifth Epoch, he was assassinated by the combined forces of the Church of the Eternal Blazing Sun, the former Intis royal family—the Sauron family—and other aristocrats. He eventually died in the White Maple Palace.

Eternal Blazing Sun? Zhou Zhou pulling strings for his descendent Zhou Mingrui?

The splitting of months was a result of astronomical observations. It made Zhou Mingrui suspect whether he was in a parallel world. As for the splitting of days, it was a result of religion. This was because the Northern Continent had seven orthodox gods—the Eternal Blazing Sun, the Lord of Storms, the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, the Evernight Goddess, Earth Mother, the God of Combat, and the God of Steam and Machinery.

Finally! This is getting translated officially. This novel is one of the best Regression novels I have ever read with amazing world-building and depth of characters. The novel is so good, that you will be able to feel the journey of the protagonist as you progress. Also, chapters are much longer than the average novels so that is definitely a plus point. Overall, this novel has what it takes to be among the best cultivation novels there is, and reading 10 chapters should be more than enough to get hooked to it or decide if you want to read further or not.

Shameless aspiring author here. I will give my book 5 stars as I hope to write a book that comes close to those standards and eventually be able to write chapters that are deserving of that rating. Also, it would make my book a little more desirable.

Would be funny if a skeleton was named Thanatos or Hades or something.

Option 3: Give your first Skeleton a name. Named creatures will be stronger and more intelligent than normal ones. Also, you can upgrade your named creature individually if you wish it.
