So they are failing to save people once they’ve been cleansed. You would think there would be a healing spell to cure exhaustion though, that or some form of nutrition/hydration that could treat them.

So if you sleep for 8 hours and then go to work and you’ve spent roughly 16-18 hours out of game, does that mean your game character slept at the inn for 54 hours?

Because you get explicit rewards and dopamine every time you complete a task in a video game vs real life. Which gives me an idea for an app that gives you quests with real rewards, one where you pay money each month for the app and you can earn some of the money back but only if you complete the tasks you set up to complete.

Ah, I thought his IRL body would have been upgraded at the same time his game body was upgraded. Sucks for Dale because now he has to go through the pain again!
