I'd tried to pierce its heart first. if he succeed it's one shot kill. or try to pierce his eye to get the brain, not slash at it. Fur should prevent slashing wounds, but it shouldn't protect to good from piercing.

well yes they are suppose to. I know I've been in expencive restaurants. It also depends what type of kitchen they perform, they usually would have some expensive twist in it any way, even if it's something simple.
