However, they spend a galactic 14 Billion credits purely on maintaining cities and health. Another 1 Billion, so only around 1 billion for their army of 120,000 men. It’s mainly only for Thyferra. Vratix barely has income as we can’t control them, but we are doing it slowly. And the 20 million humans tax isn’t relevant enough and I havent gotten that into it het

That is what the Supreme Chancellor is reffered to. As a sign of respect as he is the leader of the republic and therefore is essentially a noble. We see anakin calling him "Your excellency" and "Majesty" multiple times.
