I would be the annoying person to show this point of view, but what fate did to Artemis and Lucian isn't much different than what Hera and Aphrodite did to his mother. I loved Lucian's approach to the plan and how rude it only helped him to differ the potion from the ritual.

Adam turns 18 this year. I don't know what month his birthday is so maybe he's still 17 and hasn't turned 18 yet. I wonder when Mystogan shows up, as they haven't commented on Lisana's disappearance yet so I assume he'll show up some time later. I mean, he finds Wendy still young when she appears in this world, so maybe before? I'm really confused about the time in Fairy tail. I'm guessing Loke got there already? If in comes from year 280 is year 780, then there are 4 years left for Lucy's arrival.

Year 228? I thought it would be a flashback, as for me that year he would be very young.

I really hoped he had a chance to get his magic to lift the curse off of them.

It was as I thought. Upon learning of Adam's existence and his magic, Zeref was filled with emotions: hope, excitement, a researcher's curiosity for his magic and certainly excited for his battle. I know that Zeref sought various means to break his curse and supposedly a death wish to break the curse, but if he still had no will to live he would have given himself up to someone strong to kill him, but he chose the path of a battle to his death or he would "take over" the world. His choices during life were strange. Several notebooks to create loyal demons after bringing the brother back through this, I still think this only continued because of his personality as a researcher tried as far as he was capable with this magic and abandoned the research once he completed it. A kingdom in which he would rule with his ideology in case he doesn't die. And a battle with a strong guild with his subjects from the kingdom he created just shows me that he wanted a memorable death and a last fight that he went with everything. I just imagine it as a plot twist Adam managing to lift the curse from Zeref and Mavis with his magic, but still not giving up fighting him with all his might. So the guy won't have the excuse of the curse where he can't die so he doesn't go all out. [img=thinking][img=Feeling it]
