And not just higher ups. All gym leaders/elite 4/champions should know who he is. They should have a profile of him in their database (the alliance) that all gym leaders/elite 4/champions have access to if we go after canon and how high their technology is at

Very well written. However you should interact in my opinion more with the {System} in my opinion. Like have more talk how to improve the pokemons, find dimensions where the legendaries is hiding, resources and when you start to take in tech from earth world or marvel/dc/Harry Potter and more to the world instead of just saying that he got it from the system. Perhaps start implementing the other skills aswell as hacking and more?
