i don't think Luffy or Zoro would need that long to heal such injury, and MC have the Hercules method, so shouldn't he recover faster, we are talking about one piece world with their absurd physical strength someone could gain just through sheer hard work, and MC have the Hercules method and the blood of a D is also a factor
