if you read the extra chapters and even the last few mains ones you'd have known that 1. Klien is in a battle with CWOHAEB and that he can only partially respond to prayers. Klien will come back about 1/2 through this book as the author has confirmed but they will swap povs and neither of them will be the main protagonist. Bro loves glazing klien.

Awesome Sequel so far. Writing is far faster than the last book but that's needed with the apocalypse happening soon and with Lumian only being sequence 9 . The city of calamity mystery is interesting , is it Medici or the COI ? Also can't wait for chaos to happen in Cordu lol ; also can't wait for Fors to tell Lumian abt The Fool. Hope Lumian gets invited to a tarot club meeting soon but that's unlikely. Overall 10/10 so far (Chpt. 30) but Lumian throwing up red flags every chapter ngl 💀 Praise the Fool.
