Poor Justin.
dear author, may I suggest that if you are going to set a story in a country that has very big differences from your own that you do better research. There are MANY discrepancies from American cultures normally expectations, and what ypu are implying in your story. The main two for me are that being from California makes you a country bumpkin (one of the largest states in America with at least 4 major cities and literally the largest economy in the country) and the idea that someone would be able to not only practice medicine, but be given permission to cut into people AND teach at a university with no education is simply ridiculous. Even if you say that her education is hidden, she would still not be given all of these privileges for anyone to even consider her lack of education as fact.
