I used 'deftly' here.
First of all, don't tell me 'that's not the point!!!' You asked a question and I answered you. Now back to this point of yours that you keep repeating. To tell you the truth, I don't understand your logic at all. Are you bothered that I write my MC weaker than the protagonist, even with all his fate changers, or just the idea that even if the MC is stronger than the protagonist, theoretically, if the two were at the same realm, "the MC will always be weaker than the protagonist, even with all those fate changers"?
There's no straightforward answer to give. Saying 'yes' doesn't fit because the idea that 'the fate changers being power-creeped' isn't something I've planned or considered. So, your starting assumption doesn't align with my intentions. On the other hand, I can't simply say 'no' either, because how a story is received and interpreted varies from reader to reader. Ultimately, whether to continue with the novel is a decision only you can make, based on your own reading experience.
1- Enhancing his aptitude just means making him better at cultivation, which is what being a cultivator is all about. The main benefits are pretty standard: he can cultivate faster and understand things more deeply. It's as simple as that. 2- Where did I ever write that the MC is weaker than Yan Fen? 3- This is based on your assumption, which seems premature because you're interpreting my novel through the lens of others you've read. The Burning World Red Lotus remains a crucial element in the MC's cultivation path. Its absence in recent chapters doesn't mean it's become irrelevant. 4- There’s really no comparison to be made; the MC is definitely stronger. He just doesn’t go all out because Yan Fen has Heavenly Fate's protection. 5- As for the story's direction, it’s all about the journey and the protagonists he encounters along the way. Nothing is predetermined for him. Unlike typical characters who follow a set destiny, our MC is the type who takes over the destinies meant for others.
