Like I said, I can't really convince you in any way. I've used AI before, and it wrecked my story. Why would I do it a second time? If may deduct something... It took you one or several words to label this as an AI fic, and thus dismissed the entire story, right? Like good and evil, there is a grey line between AI and Natural in this case.

Focus on the villain condition is a wonder on whether they can be redeemed before it's too late, and their victims multiply, along with other catastrophies. And because of the theme of redemption, victims of the story become pawns in a big game, and their suffering is almost always sidelined.

The clear answer here is, yes, but that answer doesn't stop there if you establish a well-rounded argument edging on the injustice of taking a human life, which the Joker has done so many times. I will stick to the 'Yes' but also say it's somewhat debatable, Batman's actions.
