Wait, wait, wait. I suppose they are raiding a residence of a noble House indeed. However, Sirius, the House's head is a wanted criminal and an escapee. The aurors are asking him to go out. If Sirius chooses not to comply with that demand, what other course of action can they take but force? Needless to say, if there were other rightful residents inside the house and not Sirius, they would have gotten outside and talked things out. The thing you said about Harry though... What can Harry do in his current state?
