I put this series down for like a month and half while busy at work and over the course if one day I've caught up and hit the wall again. It's just soo good. I already feel it's regained momentum after the last big battle too. I just can't wait to keep reading!
The MC was a moron fir absorbing all the veins, but what kind of cultivation world is this? "we're going to execute you fir absorbing treasures you found unguarded in the middle of the forest." Like I said, he's a moron, but doesn't that sound a little too ridiculous. I think this author needs a lot of work on his story planning.
Loving the story again now that the weird flashback stuff is over. I'm particularly enjoying Irina's character now. She is still her mouthy self, but tempered in such a way that she's really gained depth. I do hope she gets some of her memories back though.
Classic cultivator. Absorb something without thought to grow more powerful screwing everyone around you. At least he got his. I hope he becomes a little more introspective in the future. Maybe once the town gets wiped out he'll start considering the consequences of his actions instead of acting on every impulse.
It's because the author is dragging it out fir word count, trying to make the MC too dramatic, and still insisting he do everything solo. this could have been done a chapter ago with the help of the rest of the team and less edgy dialog and it would have been more interesting.
I imagine these guys are racking up a lot if favors? After healing everyone in the castle and bringing the queen back to life, I can't imagine Wolfe has any time left on his sentence. Hopefully, the author isn't ignoring the value of the service he will be providing to a dozen demon kings.
I hope the MC goes out into the world and meets new people at some point instead of just playing with his skills to become a god all by himself except for his clones and his mom. Seems like a waste of a new life. Also, not very interesting when he spends too many chapters just talking to himself and playing with his skill list. I can only hope that if I were to live another life I wouldn't live like a loner shut in.
Hopefully, she remembers and is just playing cool, or it at least comes back to her at some point. I imagine it's the authors intention. Otherwise, it wouldn't have all been shown to us. Hopefully.
Doesn't it seem a little silly and repetitive that people keep trying to steal his stuff. If the opposition wasn't just convenient cannon fodder for the story wouldn't they take into account that someone with items that powerful would have the strength to protect them? Just assuming you're going to take the item seems very dumb.
