Aah I understand now, so a Pokemon's potential can be upgraded with each evolution. So Scizor and Crobat will become Shallow Gold or Normal Gold. And Gardevoir will become Deep Gold or Shallow Diamond.

Half-Blood Legendary Pokémon are much weaker than the Full-Blood Legendary Pokémon, and you can find them at several places in this world. For example, you can find several Half-Blood Zapdos Pokémon in this world. Furthermore, although they are rare, it is possible to catch a Half-Blood Legendary Pokémon. Bruh MC is still seeing them through his game tinted glasses. U-Turn is a great move ingame and is much better irl. Also just becoz a move isn't affected by Technician doesn't mean it's useless.
Alex looked at all the TMs Scyther can learn, but most of the moves deal between 70-80 damage (Headbutt, Facade, Brick Break, U-turn, X-Scissor). To let a Scyther with 'Technician' ability train with such moves is a waste. - Anonymoss3mthReplied to Anastaxius

In the games you could use a disk called a TM to teach moves to your Pokemon.
