That is not true when gary discover the mine that had the beast crystal he tried to convince kai to save that place, and he gave kai a crystal and told him to eat and immediately kai was getting stronger, all werewolves get stronger based on what they eat. Definitely the average ability is better than the average solution, but solutions like sin are extremely powerful the phoenix is a god slayer level beast at minimum demon tier, in my vampire system i remember that ability users could not throw flame they could just heat their bodies and produce and punch with those flames, the feat that sin did when he just grab the axe and turn it to ash, is crazy when you think that equipment is not of a low grade.

You are right I completely forgot about gary ability to see white lines. Is just sad that the ability was never fully explained.

I have a theory that blake has Leo ability the dragon eyes. Leo also could see white lines through glatrium. He definitely has the dragon eyes abilities.
