He could but it would not work since so many merchants in his empire know it they would most definitely sell it for profit or other things

True but if you had the British army against a army that had the same technology and training they would lose there army is pretty powerful but since the navy was more powerful in politics the army was never funded enough to reach there potential and since they use indigenous people more than there actually soldiers any war they started would cost more but the britsh army is a powerful army it can’t really compare to other army’s because they are either have a lot of man power or technology and training better only the French they could almost compare
