hello author, it wouldn't hurt if you add more paragraphs describing mc going from one point to another, not just chatty and info dumps. Why not add a narrator pov? Then swift to mc pov from time to time, you read first and second chapter but that was the impression the novel gave me.

Yeah! I found it out too while reading about ships... Our Mc isn't perfect all knowingly, I added a few bad decisions before too! They will haunt him in the future

After discussing for a few minutes, Edward received a list of ships for sale from an attendant and showed it to Frederick. He carefully checked the list, and after 30 minutes he decided to purchase 8 passenger steamships, 4 protected cruisers, 10 gunboats, and 60 of 400 tonnage steam-powered Colliers (bulk cargo ships) the total price of £1.420.000. All the ships need to be maintained and refurbished.

It's hard... And counterproductive since a country needs innovation and competitiveness, a single person owning the whole country's business it's a bad example for the future development of the kingdom.

Contrary to what many would think, a country can't be developed by a single consortium... No matter how much money or influence it has, innovation and competition are essential for any emerging country to flourish and prosper. What we need to be careful is not to hand over key industries, if possible military projects, and main transportation lines to foreign investors. Foreign investors essentially aren't evil but their interests are mainly in their country of origin if one day that country collides with our nation they'll prioritize their country where their main interests are! Frederick's consortium has several "foreigners" as high executives they'll never betray him nor the country unless a crazed patriotic individual is among the high executives but that's impossible, Frederick chose carefully each one of them. The other way of them betraying is by offering them better terms but that's also possible for "foreigners" and nationals as a countermeasure Frederick is already training and forming the royal intelligence agency.

Hello, my friend, thanks for your support! I really appreciate corrections like this... I found this info from Wikipedia, and a Turkish wiki if I recall correctly, remember that info is the Ottoman direct control territories, just like the British Empire, not colonies or principalities.Ottoman was a decadent empire, I recall they improved their economy after German investments... I might be wrong but I remember reading a book before that the German Kaiser began influencing on Ottoman Empire after 1897

nope, Ethiopia was colonized after WWI... Romania might become their "commercial partner", I always though that colonizing and creating resentment of native people is not worthy no matter how many benefits you can get. Instead, partnering and maybe influencing their politics while taking care of the people's opinions it's way better.

During WWI women played an important role in filling men's positions, it was a disaster since many of them weren't qualified. Women studying early on and knowing how to work benefits the kingdom greatly also being the first kingdom to promote women's rights can be more valuable for Romania's exposure to the world, promoting the products "made in Romania".

Hope you kept commenting like this my friend, it will help a lot in the future of the novel development!

Frederick always kept that in mind. He didn't want to make a big mistake due to his inflated ego or carelessness.

Mc is just the crown prince, he can't make radical changes on the political system, he took a big risk on the women issue as it's necessary for more qualified manpower enter the working sector early on.

After the news of the Qajar dynasty's defeat, a regiment of Indian colonial troops captured Mashhad, and the British ambassador to Bucharest "strongly" asked Romanian King Carol I to withdraw from Persia as our war against a civilized nation was disrupting the stability in the region.
