i liked the initial concept of being a knowledge awakened but it feels like every book the mc reads, he loses a braincell. Unless I'm mistaken, he decided to barge into a recently opened gate alone (very careless of him) without a weapon or armor, and his only offensive instrument was magic he recently earned. It's very convenient that he picked up a spell to help detect the mole just when he was about to die and was at wits end. i had hoped this novel would have tried to be unique by having the protagonist seek aid first before deciding to solo dungeons. Up until now, the MC has been pretty bland as well; his carelessness is not an acceptable trait, and using the cliche hospitalised family member worsens the case.

what is the use of a stat point?! why did he not increase his life force, combat or energy reserves.

I really thought if anything Lisa could have survived to regret her decision later. it really build her up as a character as well. I would have liked to have seen characters who were not positively related to the mc develop. the death part was realistic but couldn't she have sensed his dying thoughts or her sleep didn't assure her of that...

How convenient. But I shall read on...
