I'm confused. What happened to the fate contract that stipulated Samuel could not use direct nor indirect means to hurt or threaten them on earth and the only way to attack them was in 'games. Basically 'swatting someone is indirectly attacking them.
So let me get this straight not only did they try and trick and trap him into Nero's guild, they then threaten him to allow them to join and leave when they want to abuse his guild buffs, now they also want all 15 slots of his guild for the dungeon just to "believe" that he won the trial? I am failing to see anything good in dealing with the stronghold. He needs to pack up and move from there. They are basically useless greedy twits that don't mind abusing authority to use a child
Don't forget the threatening tone of the let me use your guild for when I want to make something. Which comes down to i will join to use the buffs then leave until next time I need to use you. He needs to take his grandma and iris and permanently move to leaf village
He keeps mentioning this "kindness" they gave him, I seem to remember his grandma being the one who trained him. Not those three, they have only tried to unfairly coerce him into joining a guild of someone who hates him. they knew of the blacklisting yet failed to tell him until after he found out, yet still act like friends. I'm not sure why he is so attached to these people who have shown they only want to use him for their own gain.
I think the "bug" they mean is they worked so hard to kill the one tyrant only to find out it was as powerful as a bug (i.e. ant) compared to what truly rules the place. Not that the enemies were literally bug type creatures. if I misread your comment I apologize in advance
I feel this fight will drag on a bit. I really think Nero deserves to be slapped down quickly and hard. So overwhelmingly that it breaks him do he can't stand up to Lux. Nothing like letting him grow as a person or that just full on,overwhelmed beatdown where they have to step in to save him. Fear of God so to speak, have him terrified of lux so he even forgets about revenge. but I'm not author
I am sort of confused. In chapter 256 after Ghost killed everyone except Logan and H, the system said he could not force H to be a subordinate. He then tells the system he does not need to be registered with the system. Then a brief internal monolog about how he is like a God in the southern areas so that fear alone will keep him in line. sooo, how is Heinberg registered with the system and now causing him to loose points
I agree. the whole hidden rune thing just feels like a lazy excuse to build false tension in the story when the MC interacts with the family. I feel he should have found out at least the tension of knowing the relation coupled with the anger of abandonment would be more interesting than "Skyhall evil"
