Hiruzen is completely om fujin's side for quiet some time so I believe fujin should continue with his plan to save hiruzen (if even that situation arises) atleast for a political backing during tsunade's reign

The final fight just escalated to a whole new level rasa will be alive for sure and there is also a chance Orochimaru will try and gather other strong ninjas they can either be from other villages because or they can be from the akatsuki because both parties have purpose for attacking the leaf and does not need any real motivation
