Youâre right, feeling boredom is not really a choice. What I meant was that I would like to have the choice of still experiencing boredom.

True, you may not ever feel bored but that just doesnât right with me. It feels like a choice is being removed from you and a part of your identity is taken with it. I agree with extremes of the bad side being removed, but when you take away ânegativeâ emotions that are much more tame like boredom it feels almost as if itâs someone completely different from yourself. I would understand if others are fine with having this part of themselves removed but than at some point everyone would be so similar that the only distinction is your identity before the change.

I never said that you would run out of things to do, just that you would run out of things that you would STILL find fun after an eternity. Unless the âfunâ is artificially stimulated just so that you can find it fun when naturally you wouldnât.

Well then I guess itâs just a difference of opinion, personally I think that certain things when given the attribute of eternity (or just being significantly prolonged) ultimately lose their value. For example, being in heaven and getting to do whatever you want for eternity⌠eventually you would just ran out of things to do that you would still find fun. A less extreme example is listening to your favourite song on repeat 300 times.

Yh like most people said just ignore them, I mean I find it surprising that they canât imagine how boring a story with an mc being that strong is. If you want to read a wish fulfilment story then go find another since there are many, you might as well have the just given him the power of the presence see how fun a story like that would turn out (spoilers!!! Not very fun).
If anyone tells me to give him black bolts powers or burning Martian powers I'm dropping this book. I can't post a single chapter without someone singing it in the comment section.
