It depends on the fic. There had been several fics with this debut, and it doesn't end well for Issei regarding Asia. In one, she had been reincarnated by Diodora and ended up fighting Issei as a living husk and not recognizing the latter anymore and forcing him to kill her again, deepening his grief. In another, she is reincarnated by a Seraph (i don't remember if it is Michael or Gabriel), but lost her memories of Kuoh, saddening Issei he lost a friend.

Had it been another woman, I would have said it is rushed. However, it is Uta, it has been hinted several times that he loves her and never stopped thinking about her (one such example is during Arlong arc, just before he transformed to calm Nami, or again at the beginning of the story). So yeah, you are good.

This is the true will of D. I mean, how many times have we seen a D that is not absurd ? Garp, Dragon, Luffy, then we see Roger, Ace (could have been better, but he was the litteral hothead), Teach...Law has to be absurd too.

I would say not to. There aren't a lot of fics where you would find Robin pregnant...at least pre-plot. It is original and I would like to see where this is going.
