It can be that she had some problems with Mr Hiroshi and stole phantom . my theory is : Vincent is Miss frost's son and phantom's adopted brother and him and Monica are together involved in all the conspiracy. I think Phantom and Vincent are kinda adoptive siblings like he might be the son of the previous owner of phantom Assassin guild . His reaction to Phantom waking up was weird and if Mai is Ethan's twin then it is surely Jane in the photograph or the second theory seems like Monica is the one in the pic and the child belongs to her .

I might be completely wrong but I feel real phantom's soul will never come back to her body . It might happen that Abigail's soul goes into Phantom at the end and they live like that even though after knowing the whole truth . There is a 1% chance of this happening but I feel it wud cause a lot less chaos at the end .
