As someone from a different world, I don't think she would be in favor of forcing someone to be summoned and work for her. For the naturally reincarnated, she would allow them to reincarnate after she reads their old memories and determines if they would try to rebel.

The way I'm doing it is resistances only weaken effects. It's not exactly how it worked in the novels, but I'm trying to separate Resistances from Nullifications
