A doctor would never say such an unprofessional thing..
He hasn’t learned anything..
Not at the cost of her life as she didn’t die..
Ask her
Can’t understand the last bit..
There are quite a few mistakes here.. “do I digust you so much?” and ”HE wouldn’t sleep”..
“I am” not “I’m”
Hmm really?
She sounds very silly and immature here..
Shouldn’t it be “he is your captor”?
I’m frustrated by this. Over 100 chapters right now and still very little romance between the two main leads. Maybe this is for you, if you have the patience for incredibly slow burn books. But I can’t keep interested when after so long the female lead is STILL not even slightly interested in the male lead. Enemies-to-lovers books for me are supposed to be full of the tension between the two main characters who WANT each other when they shouldn’t. Here we have a female lead that is entirely cold and indifferent to the male lead. She doesn’t care if he touches or marries another woman, why should I? Don’t get me wrong, it’s well written and realistic, but the romance is taking too long to develop for me. I can appreciate that the author is putting in the effort to not make this insta-love BUT I think she kinda lost the timing and the nuance of how to do that while keeping the readers interested and rooting for the main couple. I also suspect this a strategy to make this plot eternal and have the book reach 800+ chapters… At this point I say let the female lead be happy with the second male lead and let this be done.
I’m not sure I’ll endure reading about them both being so cruel towards each other for much longer.. I don’t see how this is fun..
Dang this book is heavy on the pain and angst..
Not really sure how the author intends on convincing us to root for Ravina and Malachai to get together.. I mean she went veeeery far in getting us attached to a second male lead. So far I don’t see ANY connection between Ravina and Malachai except for quick sarcastic back and forth. Are we supposed to want them to be together based solely on the fact that they’re mates and not see any romantic interactions whatsoever? At this point I actually wish Ares would come rescue her and Malachai would die.
Very well written. Original and interesting. Would have been a 5 star read, but it ended having too much of a religious vein for my taste. At the end it made me think of those fanatic churches getting people to submit to a specif set of beliefs. This did not sit very well with me. But I really liked the romance, the character development and the overall story. Also it’s the best one I’ve read on this app when it comes to good use of English.
My thoughts exactly…
Yup.. that was very weak of him.
