In regards to what I said, it's related to the first comment, which is related to what's written in the Paragraph. Sharingan won't help in learning Jutsu from the textual description of a Jutsu in a Scroll. In the case of observation-based learning from a person, yes, Sharingan allows a person to copy Jutsu through the eye of insight.

It says that the user is able to copy any Jutsu with near perfect accuracy, but they don’t mention ‘photographic memory’ there. Photographic memory is a very big thing, if Sharingan provided that, it would definitely be mentioned in Narutopedia.

As I said, Sharingan allows the user to perceive visual information at an incredible capacity that they are able to replicate the said information if they are capable of replicating it. This is different from photographic memory, at least in my opinion.

That’s a reddit post, it is not a valid proof. Narutopedia doesn’t mention photographic memory at all, I know Narutopedia is not a definitive proof either but it’s more relevant and valid compared to a reddit post. Also, in the post, the first answerer states that it’s never confirmed, only somewhat implied, and I have expanded on that part.

Sharingan doesn't grant photographic memory, at least as far as I have tried to search. It gives dynamic vision and allows the users to perceive visual information at an extremely fast speed. Also, Sharingan can't see the flow of Chakra, it can only see the color of Chakra and unusualness in someone's Chakra.
